Unset cash on delivery

    Hello and thank you for this amazing plugin.

    I have a request please. How can I unset the Cash on Delivery option on checkout if a product is set to Pre-Order?

    This is really important as we don’t want customers ordering products if the product is a pre order product for obvious reasons.

    Is there a way to do that please?
