Unsaved conditions using Select Boxes

    I have created several conditions with the following format:

    Show [Custom HTML] if all of the following match:
    [Dropdown Field] is [Dropdown Selection]
    [Single Choice Field] is [Single Choice Selection]

    While creating these conditions, I saved the form several times. Then, upon one of my saves, all of these conditions reverted back to having no selection made for the Dropdown field.

    Even after attempting to correct it, the selection still did not save. Is there something I can do to fix this issue?
