    While the plugin is good, the support is very bad. If you have a question, they’ll either just refer you to an article or require you to be a premium member. Ridiculous really. When they refused to answer my support question unless I’m a premium member, I told them I don’t trust becoming a premium member will ensure that they help me. Never received a reply after that. These guys don’t care about helping people who use their plugin, they just want to make money.

    Personal support via email is only available to premium users. That said, there are other ways to receive support if you’re a user of Yoast SEO free. You can consult our extensive Knowledge Base, watch our video tutorials or create a new topic in the plugin forum with your questions or doubts.
