 * It should be possible to turn off the Restrict category setting after it has 
   been activated. Is it possible to add an “Unrestricted” option to the drop-down
   menu so that the feature can be disabled for certain users?

 * I had the same request. Once you restrict an author to a category, there is no
   way to remove the restriction from the user’s screen.

   you don’t mind me using your plugin as inspiration Jam but I needed something
