Unresponsive support for free plugin

I wrote a few long, detailed responses on the WordPress plugin support forum for the free plugin version of Wordfence and I got a generic response from wfpeter a day or two later after making the post. I followed up with a few responses in the same thread and still have not received any type of response in 13 days! I gave detailed explanations about what was happening and still nothing.
