    Hey luckae,

Sorry to hear about the problem. I haven’t come across this issue before with the plugin and so would definitely like to get to the bottom of it if possible. Are you able to go to the plugin’s Settings page in WordPress, click on the ‘Support’ tab and then copy and paste your ‘System Info’ into your reply? You can also submit a ticket via our website if you’d prefer.

Could you also tell me whether the plugin was working successfully for you before today or was this always a problem since you first installed it? If it only just started happening then did you make any recent changes to the site immediately before it started to happen?

Many thanks, and I hope you’re having a good weekend.

    Hi John,

Thanks for the reply. The plug worked wonderfully for the first couple weeks of installation and played nicely with the other plugins and settings. The only change that happened was my install automatically updated itself to WP 4.2.3. After that, I started getting the unresponsive script notification. I’ve suspended development for today and reactivated the plugin so you can see the issue live. Additionally, here is the system info you requested.

Thanks in advance for your help.

    Regards,
    Marc

    Hey Marc,

Thanks for the info. I did some testing and it looks like the issue could potentially be related to the Google Maps API (screenshot). It looks like you have this included twice in your page – once in your header and once in your footer. Is it possible to try removing one of the references and see whether it helps the problem? If it doesn’t, then is it possible to try temporarily deactivating other plugins, and also switching to a default WordPress theme (2012, 2014, etc) to see whether there’s a potential conflict?

    I hope you’re having a good day.

    John
