[resolved] Unresponsive image resizing in Yasmin theme (10 posts)

    I've used the Yasmin theme for my site and as it's a nice responsive theme - everything has resized when looking at it on an iphone.

    Everything apart from my front page image link of about and services, which I entered using the 'call out' box.

    Anyone have any ideas to the code I might use to resize to any screen?

    Website is http://www.vinetreeconnections.com

    Thanks...

    Can you add a 100% width to that image?

    Where would I do that?

    Do you see a section in the dashboard named, "Custom CSS" or "Jetpack", or are you using a Child Theme?

    I've got the main CSS stylesheet in the theme - do you mean in there?

    You ought to add new styles externally, not within the theme's files. Changes to the theme's files will compromise the theme and be compromised when the theme updates.

    External changes can be made using a Child Theme or through a plugin that provides Custom CSS functionality.

    I recommend using the Jetpack plugin and its Custom CSS functionality to hold your CSS modifications.

    Sorry - I have a child theme! Do you know what code I'd use in there?

    Yeah, in your Child Theme stylesheet, add this;

    #callout img {
     width: 100%;
    }
