• I posted a message yesterday asking how one can get an issue resolved when the thread was at least three days old.

Yesterday’s post may have gone to spam because of the word that rhymes with “pump” and begins with “b.”

I read the rules about the “No Replies” list. My post from three days ago did get a reply but was not resolved.

How can I get my issue addressed?

    Thank you!

  • This forum is community supported, so it’s more like a lottery getting your answer but with better chances. You’re not guaranteed to get an answer here. Only if someone sees your thread and decides to answer.

You can check your profile if you need to find your thread:

It is also up to the person that’s helping you to come back and answer your additional questions and help you.

With a volume of threads here it’s hard to stay on top of things.

    Hi Viktor,

Yes, I understand that the forum is community supported and I’m grateful for the help that I get here.

I also want to play by the rules.

The concept of the “No Replies” list is good, except that if a question gets a reply but is not resolved, it doesn’t appear in the No Replies list.

Is there a way to get my question answered without breaking the rules?

    Thank you!

If it is the ‘renaming directory’ question, I’ve just answered it. 🙂
