  • Hi,

    I am one of your premium customers but I am seriously not impressed with how long it takes for you to reply to tickets. I have 2 open tickets – one has been logged more than 1 week ago and another waiting on a reply since 4 days ago.
    Both issues require a solution as they are not working correctly.

    1) The Leads pop up solution is not showing up on my website. I have tried using my own popup (that comes with my theme) but because of how your plugin redirects the user to the success page after they have signed up, it is very awkward as the popup re-appears asking them to sign up again. There is no option to NOT redirect if using the popups feature. Therefore I have no choice but to use your leads popup feature.

    2) The View Online link does not work. The {email_url} tag doesn’t show the online version of the newsletter.

    What can I actually do to get a response from you? It has been really frustrating as I am planning to run ads to get traffic for the upcoming Valentine’s Day sales.

    Hi, firstly I confirm that our support team is working to give the best help to our customers. Please note that with only this username we can’t find your tickets but I can say they will be resolved as soon as possible.
    Please note also that support is available from Monday to Friday, 9-18 CET.
