  • I downloaded a plugin called contact form7.Since then my cpanel and admin page have been unreachable.I’d click on all admin menu items from dashboard to settings only to get this message;

    Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpcf7_add_tag_generator() in /home/younity/public_html/wp-content/plugins/minimum-length-for-contact-form-7/wpcf7_min_text.php on line 176

    My log in lands me on the same white page with above message.I’m using the Responsive theme,although I’m not sure of the number.

    I’ve read the forums and came across possible solutions to the problem but can’t access my admin pages to try them.Has anyone had this sort of problem?In the forums the last post was 2 years ago with none being resolved.Really need to get going cause I haven’t posted since last week.My website is;

    <a href="http://www.younity.eprofits.com">http://www.younity.eprofits.com</a>

    Desperately Confused,
    Kensyounity

    Log in via FTP and delete the folder “minimum-length-for-contact-form-7” from wp-content/plugins/

    Thanks Ipstenu, I’m sure hope that works.Just I still keep getting that error page when I try logging in. I’ve never went the ftp route either. How do I find my FTP address?

    FTP is a file management system. Your webhost should have directions on how to FTP into your server.
