  • I will never purchase a plugin from them because it took too long to get to the bottom of relatively straightforward customization.

    There is no “them”. It’s only me. Trying to provide top support. Take a look thru the Support Archive. I usually respond within minutes. Sometimes issues take longer to resolve. Sometimes there are life events that interfere with the timeframe. In this case, I do apologize for taking “too long” to provide you with free support. My wife recently had major surgery and is recovering for the next several weeks. She is immobilized and it is very challenging doing the work of both of us, taking care of the kids, chores, and so forth.

    So again. So sorry that you had to wait so long for your free support.

    My 2 cents. I was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago, which is why I built my website, and Jeff has been great at giving support for what were probably very stupid questions for my non tech brain.

    So thanks Jeff for your help. I hope your wife recovers well. Having had 3 major surgeries thus far I know it is not fun for the person recovering nor the carer. Wishing you both all the best.
