unreliable idx solution system down many hours too often showing error messages

    all listings showing a blank pages with this message: “We’re sorry, but we ran into a temporary problem while trying to load the real estate data. Please check back soon.”
    any idea when this will be fixed cant afford an idx database that is down for so long so often
    do you monitor your servers?
