Sorry to hear that you have had an underwhelming experience. We would love a chance to troubleshoot and see what may be going on.
If you’re running the latest version of the plugin, it should be doing what it can to self-reconnect, but we know there is a point where we prompt to manually disconnect and reconnect. Is that the experience you’ve been having? Getting the prompt to manually do so?
We also added missed signup catching that runs in the background, for once API connectivity has been restored, so hopefully those are getting added in in short order.
No prompts are received. It’s an unpleasant surprise every time, that I now have to be vigilant to watch. Can we have off-line troubleshoot call?
