Unreliable plug-in and company

They’re not reliable at all.
I bought this plugin. But the problem occurred soon just after I started using it.
When I asked about it they told me that they’ll login for checking right away. But didn’t happen anything for 4 days.
So I had to ask again.
According to them, the delay was related to new year holidays. They told me that they’ll check this out for me on that day.
Also said usually it takes a day or two days to resolve the issue.
But I couldn’t check their login on that day and don’t get anything from them even now which is over 1 week after.
I had to wait and waste my time so much.

So I decided to write this review.
