    Hi,
I have configured 2 services and contact form. Testing the notification mails arrive regularly but the appointment cannot be found in the “appointments” tab (I also checked with filters).

I also have other services currently active and everything works correctly. I can’t understand why the appointments are not recorded only in these last 2.

However, the number of available seats is updated.

[EDIT] By phpmyadmin I see that in the appointments table the records are there. They are simply not displayed in the back office in the “Appointments” tab and I can’t export to CSV

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

Could you please clarify the following information:

    1. number of version of Webba.

    2. type of version (free or pro)

    3. please, specify the exact appointment table name in the database.

    Yes.

    1) Webba Booking Version 4.1.2
    2) Pro Version
    3) wp_wbk_appointments

    Thanks

    Please, try the following solution:

    1. do the backup of your database.

    2. run the following SQL in phpMyAdmin:

    ALTER TABLE wp_wbk_appointments ROW_FORMAT=DYNAMIC

Let me know if that worked for you, thanks.

Okay. I did a test and this time I displayed the values normally in the WordPress/Webba Booking backend

    Thanks
