unreadable text on xp

My site is tokyohomeopathy.jp

I put a photo and text into my sidebar using the textwidget. The text looks terrible.   seems to do nothing to separate parts of the text.

I entered the text on a mac 0s x 6.01. It looks much better on safari and ok on firefox.

Text looks terrible on explorer and chrome which are on my xp computer. Actually everything looks better on Mac, but the degree up unreadability is greater on the xp browers. I am writing in Japanese characters so the level of detail is greater and detail is key.
