 * I rolled back the Paypal version to 1.8 like I read in other threads and it didnt
   work.
 * I am unsrue how to fix this.
 * Credit Caards are unable to be used right now, but users can checkout with Paypal

 * `PAYMENT_DENIED` is usually not a technical issue, but a problem with the payment
   method.
    There is not much you could do about this error, beyond checking the
   3D Secure contingency setting for [advanced card payments](https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-paypal-payments/#paypal-card-processing).
   When “No 3D Secure” is configured, card payments may be declined when a card 
   is used that requires 3D Secure. The [PayPal merchant support](https://www.paypal.com/smarthelp/contact-us/)
   can sometimes provide more details. The error message is not quite user-friendly,
   but it will be improved in a future update.
