 * Hi there,
    I am getting this error on checkout; [UNPROCESSABLE_ENTITY] The requested
   action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation.
   [https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-PAYEE_ACCOUNT_INVALID](https://developer.paypal.com/docs/api/orders/v2/#error-PAYEE_ACCOUNT_INVALID).
 * The sandbox credentials in use are correct, I’ve double checked them severally.
   Using live credentials doesn’t work either.
 * I would appreciate any insights on how to get around this.

 * This error suggests that your API credentials are not matching up at PayPal.
 * Could you please try connecting your account with the “Connect to PayPal Sandbox”
   button?: [https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/](https://paypal.inpsyde.com/docs/connect-a-paypal-account/)
   
   This will automatically create a REST application, enable some features on the
   account, and insert the appropriate credentials. The guide above also outlines
   where to get the proper credentials for manual input. I hope this helps!

 * Hi Niklas,
    I was able to solve the issue. I was using the account’s merchant
   ID in place of the Sandbox one, they’re not the same apparently. Thanks for the
   help.
