Unpaid orders are not moving to cancelled

Hi,

Earlier all unpaid orders automatically change to canceled when the order is not paid for 60 minutes, but since 2-3 days the orders are still in pending payment, stock management is checked in the inventory section. Please let me know how to fix it.
