    My order shows this “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached. Order status changed from Pending payment to Cancelled.” error.

    I’ve looked through some forum and found a solution, which is to remove the 60 minutes limit from Woocommerce -> settings -> Inventory. So I did that.

    My confusion now is that the payment shows successful in stripe and the payment will be available on Jun 8. So I am unsure if I can change the status of the order from Cancel back to Shipped or Processing and proceed with the order.

    Please advice. Thanks!

    To add on, I am also getting this error along with that.

    “Error voiding charge. Reason: Transaction Id cannot be empty.”

    What can I do to fix this as well?

    Hi @haydenng664,

    Does it let you change the order status from “Cancelled” to “Processing”? If so, once you receive the final payment you should be able to change the status to “Completed”.

    Also, where do you get this error? Does it appear in the Order notes? I would contact the customer and let them know that the payment was successful. This just in case the customer is not aware of that due to the aforementioned error and will try to pay again for the order.

    Yeah it allows me to change the order status.

    It appears at the right sidebar, i suppose there is what u called it the order note.

    Hi @haydenng664,

    When the order is in “Cancelled” status, if you have enabled the Cancelled order email under WooCommerce > Settings > Emails, then an email informing about order cancellation is sent by default to the store admin. The customer shouldn’t receive an email if you didn’t override the original order cancellation default email.

    Having said that, if you wish you could reach out to the customer just to confirm and let them know that the order is processing or completed and you’re taking care of it.
