Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached.

    Hi.
    I just got my first order on 02/09/17 at 23:42.
    When I went to process it, I saw this in the Order Notes: “Unpaid order cancelled – time limit reached”. Added on February 9, 2017 at 11:42 pm

    This does not make sense.

    Can anyone help?
