    Hello,

My website is http://www.convertmedia.com/. At the bottom of the website, there is an unnecessary white bar that displays the text '; on the far left. I would like to remove this bar entirely, but I am unsure how to.

Additional question: How do I make a line break,
</br>, to portray a smaller spaced line?

    Thank you,
    Jordan

  2. might be from one of your plugins, as those stray characters are within the area commonly used by plugins to add javascript via the 'wp_footer()' hook.

try to temporarily deactivate all plugins to see if that remove the stray characters; then reactivate one plugin at a time to locate the interfering plugin.

    Alchymyth,

Thank you! It appears that Wp anything slider is the problem. The text being shown in that unnecessary white box is ';, and when I try to remove that from the Wp anything slider code, the plugin shuts off due to a "fatal error".

    Their site: http://www.gopiplus.com/work/2012/04/20/wordpress-plugin-wp-anything-slider/#.UoaINZR4Z8w

Any idea of how to proceed? I can give you Admin rights if necessary.

    Best,
    Jordan

  4. as your plugin is not from http://wordpress.org/plugins/, you will need to contact the plugin's developer for support.

this forum only supports the core application, themes and plugins that are distributed on wordpress.org.
