Unmatched Pairs message

    Hi there
    I have just upgraded my website to 4.7.2 and checked all was working.
    Then I installed and activated the Quizcards plug-in.
    I started creating a page using the interactive tool.

    I went to check something on my site and the message:
    “Unmatched [quiz] – [/qwiz] pairs”
    was coming up and the website stopped loading.
    I had to delete the draft page, delete the plug-in and clear the cache to get my website working again.

    Theme is Pinnacle. Website is www . wildcatfamily . com

    Kindly advise further data you require to resolve, as I would really like to try this plug-in!

    Thanks, Mandy.

    Qwizcards doesn’t deal properly with the Pinnacle theme.

    Here’s a fix: activate Qwizcards on Dashboard > Plugins. Then go directly to Dashboard > Settings > Qwizcards.

    Scroll down to “HTML element that contains quiz and flashcard content (shortcodes, etc.)”. The “Qwizcards-contentHTML element(s)” textbox should have:

    div.entry-content, div.post-entry, div.container

    Delete the last comma and entry, so it’s just

    div.entry-content, div.post-entry

    Click “Save Changes”

    Things should be good now!
