 * Is this plugin still maintained? I have a client requesting it to be installed,
   but I’m concerned about security and long-term compatibility for the sites.
 * Has anyone run into problems?

 * Additionally, this does not seem to work with the default themes. When making
   a post, the guest author options show up, but when viewing a post, the guest 
   authors do not show up.
 * Anyone know of a fix?

 * Hi Matt,
    It looks like you may be working on the Co-Authors Plus problem with
   WP 4.0+ and multiple queries. (Looked like that on Github)
 * Any idea when the problem will be addressed? I’m happy to beta test… The problem
   is keeping me from updating my client’s site to WP 4.6 and up!
