    Hi, i am using your plugin to integrate unlockBase with my site. i create provider and select unlockBase and filled all info, i then tried to import services but its not working.

    can you please help me in this.

    Hello Yasir,

    Sorry to hear about the problems you’re having importing services from UnlockBase.

    When accessing your UnlockBase API account from different IP Address locations, their server will lock on to the last IP Address used and prevent access from another IP Address location. Their servers do not allow multiple IP Address locations.

    With that in mind, please log into your UnlockBase account:

    1. Click on “XML API
    2. Under “Security“, remove the IP Address in the field and click “Save
    3. Be sure that you are using the correct API key by clicking on “Show my key
    4. Compare what you see here to what you are using with the StockUnlocks Provider entry you created for UnlockBase with your website.

    >>> Make sure that you have included the parenthesis along with the numbers: e.g. “(XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX)”

    hi, i did the same but still issue. i cleared the IP Addresses from dashboard area and also check unlockbase sample code, their sample code is working but your plugin don’t. Can you please help.
    Can you please share a step by step procedure about how to integrate unlockbase using your plugin.

    Immediately after I logged into your website, I tried importing services from UnlockBase with your current settings and it failed.

    I changed your API URL for UnlockBase from: to and it still failed.

    I then used my testing credentials that I have with UnlockBase (my API Username and my API Access Key) along with the API URL =

    I was able to successfully retrieve 174 total unlocking services from UnlockBase.

    The problem you’re experiencing must be related to either your API Username and/or your API Access Key. Please contact UnlockBase support to work this out.

    Using a known good configuration, the StockUnlocks plugin is working as expected.
