    The customization of the template can only be done if you are using the widget. If you want to use the shortcode on your page, you cannot use a custom template – you can ONLY futz around with the css to try and get a decent layout. Total waste of my $25 for the pro version.

    Hi @sock2me,

    I guess you are mistaken.

    You can set custom template using shortcode too. Using the “template” parameter.
    All the options which you see in the widget can be configured via shortcode.
