# Unknown with same IP

 * Hello,
 * Since yesterday I have unknown visitors with the same IP (127.0.0.1)
 * I updated the geoip and database but I still have the same error.
 * Can you help me with that?

 * first update again GEOIP database in admin.php?page=wps_settings_page [external
   tab].
 * then check exist files `GeoLite2-Country.mmdb` and `GeoLite2-City.mmdb` in
    `
   wp-content\uploads\wp-statistics` folder in your host.

 * I updated again the GEOIP databases
    I checked if the files exist, they are present
   but I still have the same issue, unknown with same IP

 * Like you stated on another post, I deleted geoip and country files in /content/
   uploads/statistics/
    then I reactivated both, but geoip can’t be enabled, and
   the file in uploads/statistics is not present! I checked 3 times, but still the
   same issue. Please fix this.
