Now Google does not reveal search terms from users searching Google using HTTPS.
See http://wordpress.org/support/topic/unknown-search-terms-in-site-stats for more details.

How long ago was this implemented though? As I was still using wordpress.com up until last week and that was showing me search terms?
Google has been implementing this change since long time, and I have being noticing this since past few months on my own site. It can be possible that Google recently launched the change to more users and the users visiting your site are affected now.
Hi, have a look at http://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/unknown-search-terms-on-stats-page?replies=1 and http://searchengineland.com/post-prism-google-secure-searches-172487 for information on this.
As for moving your subscribers and stats, have you contacted my colleagues at WordPress.com yet about this? If not, I can take care of it for you. If yes, let me know if everything’s ok. Thanks!

Thank you for the link!
The stats have been moved over now thank you! I am not sure about the subscribers, as I can only see the “follow” number lol!
Hi! I’ve verified that your stats were moved, and I also migrated your WordPress.com Followers to your new site. They’ll only see your new posts in the WordPress.com Reader, however; they would need to enter their email address in the Email Subscription widget to get posts by email. You can activate the Subscriptions jetpack module and add the widget to your sidebar, if you’d like. Let me know if you have any questions!
