# Unknown Product ID

 * Just tried the free version of the Product Report plug-in and it works great.
 * The report listed one item with a Product ID but no Product SKU or Name, It listed
   this one item as sold for 176.00. I don’t have any products on my site with that
   ID or price and a search for the ID or the sale total comes up nada.
 * Any suggestions about where this outlier came from and how I can find it on my
   store site?

 * Hey there,
    Is there any chance that a product with the ID in question existed
   at the time that the order was created and has since been deleted? If so, the
   order line item and product ID association would still exist in your database
   and come up in the report, but any product metadata fields (SKU and name) would
   be blank.

 * I don’t recall that scenario happening but since the report was for the past 
   year, it’s a possibility that someone else here may have created/deleted a product
   and an order for that specific product. The price point is what seems most unlikely
   for a single product on our site. Which, perhaps, is why it was deleted. ; )
