 * I get the following error when I try and install on install.php
 * Warning: require_once(/home/tomho4/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php) [function.
   require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/tomho4/
   public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1564
 * Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required ‘/home/
   tomho4/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php’ (include_path=’.:/usr/local/php5/lib/
   php’) in /home/tomho4/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 1564

 * There must have been some corruption of the files on upload. I’d try re-uploading
   the files. Go ahead and delete what’s there now EXCEPT your **wp-config.phhp**
   file of course! That error message is usually the result of a file not being 
   found.
