The question posed is far too vague to answer.
Many of my newer pages were not loading properly, “too many redirects – error loading page”, so I called Yahoo Small Business, who provides my access to Word Press. They advised that I disable my htaccess plugin and that seemed to solve the problem temporarily. They advised that I contact WP, but I see no way other than forums to do this. So, I set up an account and read-up on many things of which I did not know. I attempted to de-activate all of my plugins and re-activate to see what was causing the problem as only my main page would load. Then, during edits, I could not even log in to my dashboard, receiving the error “Unknown Host Server. Does not have a DNS entry”. This is happening now more on than off. In the process, I added Redirecting plugin and another to help with the security of the site.
It will greatly help us volunteers here to ‘see’ the issue(s).
Once again, please review the help topics linked to. They took me way longer than a few minutes to review also!
I have used the help topics to my exhaustion. When I cannot log-in to my dashboard…or can only see the dashboard and cannot manipulate it because it immediately generates an error, as described above…what other options do I have?

Logged-in this morning, minutes to spin to get to the dashboard, then:
Description: Unable to locate the server requested — the server does not have a DNS entry. Perhaps there is a misspelling in the server name, or the server no longer exists. Double-check the name and try again.
I was attempting to navigate one page past my dashboard again with:
http://northwestrehab.com/new/wp-admin/themes.php?page=theme_options
Issue remains unresolved. Looking to the community for some help here.

It looks like you have a odd redirect in place for your menu items. If you review the URL in your browser, you will see that the homepage is at
http://www.northwestrehab.com/
but the menu items are at:
http://northwestrehab.com/new/page-slug
1. Using FTP or your host provided File Manager, in root of site, find the .htaccess file and rename it .htaccess.old.
2. Login to site and deactivate all plugins.
3. Reset permalinks. That will create a new default .htaccess file.
Let us know if that fixes the issue.
If not, it may be that your menu has hard coded menu URL’s. check that also.
