   I have an issue, when I select an export model in the dropdown
   menu I have this message “An unknown error has occurred! Refer to our [troubleshooting guide](https://www.webtoffee.com/finding-php-error-logs/)
   for assistance.”Plugin is updated, current version is 2.7.2Could you please help

 * Also, kindly check if there are any WooCommerce fatal error logs generated and
   share them with us if available. You can find this under WooCommerce → Status
   → Logs.
