# Unknown Ajax Error

 * I recently updated from V1.2.1 to v1.417. We had a Gift Card product that was
   created in the old version and seemed to be working, but after putting that product
   in the Trash, it disapeared. Now when I try to create a new product I get “Unknow
   ajax error”. WordPress, all plugins and my Divi theme are all up to date. When
   I enable WP_DEBUG mode, there are no entries related to PW Gift Cards in the 
   debug.log. Now I have no ability to use your plugin and my client is desparate
   to sell Gift Cards around this holiday season. Should I have completely removed
   the first plugin version before installing your latest? Any help is appreciated.

 * Sorry to hear that you are having problems. There should be no need to remove
   the old version before installing the update.
 * Since v1.417 is the Pro version, I need to mark this thread as resolved. WordPress.
   org doesn’t allow supporting Pro plugins using their forums. If you still need
