    How to configure to work with unix socket? I use the Redis object cache plugin with the socket, because its faster than tcp, but I can’t see how to get redisearch working with it.

    Hi,

    Right now, the connection is hard-coded to use tcp, but I will change it to be able to connect to UNIX sockets.

    I will let you know when ready.

    The new version (0.3.3) has the option to choose between TCP or UNIX. Please let me know if there are any issues.

    This update has broken connectivity for TCP.
    Plugin was working fine, after installing 0.3.3 I can no longer connect over TCP.
    Tried both from server settings window as also from wp-config.php params.

    Changing back to 0.3.2 and everything works again.

    I confirm 0.3.3 doesnt connect, since i’m just trying it 1st time, wasted a hour to find out why it doesnt work.

    I’m so sorry for this issue. Fixed this in 0.3.4
