Universally Removing any Facet of "comments"

    I think many would love of a way to remove all aspects of comments from a WP installation, with one click. I know in discussion you can uncheck the first three options, but on every post there is still that “comments are closed” statment. Tks

    Edit your theme. You can yank the comments call from it that way.

    Hi. I’m talking about for beginners that don’t know how to go in and manually change the code.
    A lot of people want to use WP as non “blog” platform.

    Then you find a theme that hides the comments, but no, there are no plans to remove comments entirely.
