Universal taxonomy rules

    I would very much like to be able to apply taxonomy rules to all feed sources at once.

    Also, it would be tremendously useful if there were a box which, as well as saying “contains all of the following keywords:” said “contains any of the following keywords:”

    Is there a way to do either of these things?
