# unique border.. also nav shift

 * Client changed template request to have a border… I’m challenged by this because
   of how she has the border. Anyone know how I could accomplish this?

 * I’m also still have an issue with the static page (currently marked as the home
   page) navigation. It is shifted to the left. When you go to the other pages, 
   it’s centered properly. Anyone else have an issue with this?
 * *note – I do not know PHP.. I do know CSS and XHTML. Thanks for your patience
   and help!

 * If it was me, I’d go for a fixed width design with the upper border being part
   of the header. The content area would need two divs – one for the left border
   and the other for the right – both as background images. The footer would be 
   used for the bottom border.
