uninstall/reinstall Does not recreate old tables so not working

I uninstalled this plugin. I deleted all associated files. When I reinstalled, I noticed all my old docs still avail. I uninstalled again, and found the BP Docs table in SQL and deleted that. Finally, my old docs are not visible. Now when I reinstall, it activates fine, but when I upload files, they are not shown. When I look in DB tables in backend, I can see the table I manually deleted is not being recreated. Is there a way to have all the tables recreated upon activation? Or can I manually delete something so when I try another reinstall and activation, it will create the correct tables?
