Support » Plugin: Filterable Portfolio » Uninstalling the Plugin Caused It to Redirect the Portfolio Page

  • This plugin is absolute garbage for a very different reason than me simply not being able to adapt it to my content and design needs. It created a 301 redirect for my portfolio page when I uninstalled it. That’s a permanent redirect. Of my portfolio page. On a
website that serves solely as my digital portfolio. I have never encountered a more incompetent developer or plugin in my life before.

The redirect is not present in the .htaccess or wp-config.php files. Thanks a lot for this absolute garbage plugin.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi Satellitesian,

I’m not the plugin developer, but I know why this is – it’s a permalink issue. Go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Permalinks. Select your permalink structure and save it.

That’ll clear up your issue 🙂 It’s pretty typical for plugins to create permalinks; that’s part of WordPress, not an issue with this plugin.
