Uninstalling/ reinstalling WordPress and Elementor

I have been having problems getting Elementor Pro to publish after updating. I am posting this to WordPress because I would like to do a uninstall / reinstall of WordPress and Elementor. My website is a starter with only a couple of images and text, so no problem starting over. I assume this can be done without dire consequences.
