    Sorry about your trouble.

    I’d like to confirm the message “access denined” is the right message or not. If this plugin blocks you, the default message should be “Forbidden”.

    I think when you tried to uninstall this plugin, you had already deactivated this plugin. If so, “access denied” might be caused by another reason.

    If you have not deactivated this plugin, and you can’t access admin dashboard, please try to delete this plugin’s directory (may be wp-content/plugins/ip-geo-block/) directly by FTP or something.
