Hi, I plan to uninstall the plugin, clear all its data and then re-install the pro version.

I have deactivated and deleted the plugin. How to remove all the entries made by the plugin in the database?

    Hi,

When you will delete the plugin, all the entries of our plugin will be deleted from the database. And all the table will be deleted from it. You do not need to delete all the entries by manually.

Let me know if I have misunderstood your query.

    1. Thanks, so when I delete the plugin, all the 4 tables created by your plugin will be deleted from the database?

    2. Another issue I am facing is that the abandoned cart tables in the database are growing rapidly in size – it measures more than 500 mb on my current install. Also, the cpu usage is 100% whenever the plugin is activated. I have a high volume ecommerce site with more than 2000 carts being created per day. Is there a way to optimize your plugin for a large volume website like mine?

    Hi,

    1) Yes, if you will delete the plugin then all the tables of our plugin will be deleted from the database.

    2) Yes, I can understand your concern. It is consuming high resources. Our plugin needs to be done optimizing the code.

We will definitely release the plugin update on this and we will try to optimize the unnecessary code of the database.

Let me know if you have any further queries.

    Hi Chetna,

Has the 2nd issue (regarding database size) been resolved? If yes, please provide info regarding this.
