Uninstalling

Hi,

I had used the services of a freelancer to make some edits. Later I saw he had not deactivated the plugin. So I deactivated Duplicator from the admin, but didn’t delete it. Now I can see the wp-snapshots directory in my cpanel. Can i safely delete the plugin from admin and the directory from cpanel?
