 * when I uninstall s2member, will it effect in any way the membership profiles 
   on Buddypress or anything bbpress?

 * With respect to BuddyPress and bbPress. s2Member doesn’t uninstall anything that
   these plugins and their extensions have installed. s2Member only uninstalls what
   it has has added to your site. That would include bbPress Keymasters/Moderators
   no longer having Level 4 access with respect to s2Member. So just a few s2Member-
   specific capabilities are removed, which are no longer relevant without s2Member.
 * Having said that, it’s always a good idea do a full backup before uninstalling
   a plugin. Never can be too safe, you know 🙂
