    Would rate as zero if possible as plug-in refuses to install successfully.

    Features seem promising but after trying multiple times to install this plug-in, I give up. The installation fails so severely that it locks up the entire site.

    The only to get WP up again is to ftp into my host and manually delete the plug-in. Stay away.

    Sounds like something is corrupt with your wordpress installation or your hosting configuration. If this was as serious as you describe, many other users would be reporting a similar experience. It sounds specific to your case.

    From what I can tell, you may be having issues because you renamed the ‘/wp-content’ folder and a possible conflict with another plugin (you mentioned it may be iThemes Security). We will investigate further.

    Hello,

    Do you have enabled WP_DEBUG mode on your site? WP_DEBUG_DISPLAY is set to true? I guess, you did not see any errors because errors output was disabled for you. You can find more information here: https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

    Also, please, be aware, that WP-CRM requires PHP 5.3 and higher. Do you know, which PHP version is used on your server? If you are using PHP 5.2 and lower, I would suggest you to update it to PHP 5.3 at least or you might face with the similar issues in future.
