It said in the description of super cache plugin that when visitors leave a comment they will see the Wp Cache version of the page. I didn't udnerstand if Wp Super Cache creates that version or I still need Wp Cache installed for Wp Super Cache to work?

WP Super Cache has built-in functionality of Wp-Cache and Super Cache. Once you activate plugin from the admin panel. Go to optinon/Super Cache and enable WP-Cache & Super Cache and click update. Rest all is taken care by the plugin itself.

But I have Wp-Cache installed at the moment. So I'd have to deactivate it and then activate Wp-SuperCache, right?

Yes, you've uninstall WP-Cache and all its instances, before you attempt to install Super Cache. More step-by-step details are in accompaying readme.txt.
