Uninstall of Jetpack

For a few months now, Jetpack was not displaying ANY of my blog post images. At first I thought it was GeneratePress v Free theme, but after turning off all the plugins, discovered that Jetpack was the real culprit.

Fast forward to last week and finally I uninstalled it – all images now display on both desktop/mobile.

But here’s the real bummer of this issue.
Now that I’ve uninstalled it, my mobile dashboard/admin/stats/api is no longer functioning either.
I have over 300+ blog posts, but the “old version” dashboard only shows 55 posts in my mobile app admin dash.

Does anyone know what is happening with Jetpack.
Each and every time they’ve sent out an update, I’ve had issues with my site.
And I don’t understand why it would be a “necessary” plugin in order to keep correct updated information that’s contained on a website.

What can be done about this? Because I’m really sick and tired of being sick and tired of trying to Sherlock Holmes issues when it comes to Jetpack?
