• EVENTUALLY, I managed to get into the console using pUtty and this is where I am: http://prntscr.com/7rqazb Is this the correct part of the world? I’ve kind of shifted what I am doing right now, although it will come back to where I started this and the previous information will be useful because now I am trying to load this plugin again but it tells me that I need to get rid of these files http://prntscr.com/7rqazb and the automatic uninstall failed NOW it wont install. This is what I am trying to find to get rid of it. If you could guide me to how 1. I find it & 2. How I get rid/ uninstall it and maybe 3. A comprehensive online guide to WTF I am doing and how to do it without constantly pestering people like yourself who do have a clue and remarkable patience for dealing with trouble makers like me.

    Hi snowdug,

    I am sorry for the inconvenience.

    The best option that we can help is;
    1. You need to find where WordPress is installed
    2. Navigate to that folder via SSH (putty) or FTP
    3. Delete all-in-one-wp-migration folder from wp-content/plugins
    You should be able to install the plugin.
    For details of where WordPress is installed, you may need to contact Bitnami.

    I tried that via FileZilla Pim but it would not let me delete the files: Here is a screen shot Pim, http://prntscr.com/7rtz8m is it maybe that I don’t have an SSH in place, I’m not sure.

    Thanks,

    SD

    The issue you are experiencing is likely due to file permissions/owner/group not set properly.
    Are you administering the server yourself or is there someone you oculd ask for help?

    Hi Yani,

    I am administering this myself, therefore if I don’t know I need to learn. Which is good and bad. When I check the permissions, it seems to say that I have all in place – mmm – not sure, here is what I mean: http://prntscr.com/7s2av2
