 * Use the uninstall after disabling the plugin. That will remove all database entrys.

 * **Please** take a backup of your database and follow the guidelines below…
 * In the options table, you may remove the entries where option_name begins with‘
   backwpup_’. In MySQL, it is `DELETE FROM prefix_options WHERE option_name LIKE'
   backwpup_%';`. Please use **any** MySQL statement with caution. You are warned.

   in the list of plugins. Am I missing something?
