Unicode permalink error

    Im having trouble with permalink, my post titles are Unicode (Tamil), the link appear fine, but when i try to copy or share or sitelink, its showing all theses wired letters in the link such as

    E0%AE%AF%E0%AF%87%E0%AE%B0%E0%AF%8D%E0%AE%AE%E0%AE%A9%E0%AE%BF%E0%AE%AF%E0

    how to fix this thank you
